For anyone interested, I just heard back and the seller has listed customized because of the finish. He had it finished in brushed silver with a bright silver leadpipe and inside bell.

Absolutely. I just wanted to clarify the undescribed customizations. Especially since it is ebay, so you're buying a little blind, and no returns are accepted.

That's what I thought, but he said it isn't standard.

Even if it isn't "standard" and had to be ordered that way, I'm not sure I would call it customized...

But I'm not the seller.
