I didn't know they made these left handed. Maybe this is just a backwards picture. I have nothing to do with this horn or add.

I think ALL of the images are 'flipped'. Unfortunately, the resolution is not good enough to see the labels on the case.

Perhaps the format of the shipping label from the box next to the case? Alas, i don't ship things often enough to be sure. Of course, the right answer is to contact the fellow and ask. If the impression of left handedness is inaccurate, he can update the post to reflect (sorry) that.
More generally, i'm curious how common left handed tubas are? I'm trying to think if i've seen them, or even designs that are symmetric enough to reverse easily...

I've built a few left-handed tubas. Schilke at one time would build them.
