"Used", as in "Used to be..."
When I see this, I think it's time to dig a hole and bury it.

The band room these came from must be inhabited by hoodlums. Check out four or five others from that seller. No way can that "just happen".

I have a French horn like that on my fireplace hearth.
It's in perfect shape except where the bus backed over it...
(came in a matching case, too!)

Well... if it was REALLY a Holton... there might be some salvation. As it is... the Yamaha pistons might be worth something.

I was trying to run this scam where I bought 2 YBB-321's with missing pistons and snagged the pistons out of this item. Got the YBB-321's but got overbid on this train wreck. Couldn't believe anyone wanted this more than me, now I'm fuk't.

If it makes you feel any better I considered doing the same thing. Being the cheap bastard that I am I didn't. Hard to believe it brought $100 in that shape. I guess the valves would be worth that. I wish you luck on finding the needed valves for the other horns.
