It's the oldest scam on ebay, they ask you to send the payment via email so that you have no recourse.

If you notice carefully, the text is not written in but rather placed in an image. That way, ebay's scam detection software can't notice it.

Last, the same picture was used in an auction in 2013 according to the tineye results.

What the scammers usually do is find an account that seems reliable, hack into it, and then post from there.

It counts on you being too greedy to pass it up.
