The short answer is "it depends".............

I got mine (not the one pictured) for a total of less than a grand. It needed some work- the bell was crinkled and I had to flush a trumpet mute out of it- but was otherwise in good shape. The one pictured is in far better "as-is" shape and is silver rather than lacquer, so it would go for more, though obviously not as much as that seller was asking. This is a very good small BBb horn.

The seller does not give a dimension but says that it is a "Meinl-Weston bell". No other measurements given.

The seller's story lines up with others - the bells were always from Meinl. I suppose if the auction listing had given the bell measurement, then tmz1m wouldn't have asked?
