Yes, and it can be found on EBay too at times, so you can assume the owner is willing to ship. I suspect he or she is by disposition disinclined to write a glowing description of the tuba, but it's hard to say. Look there for more detailed pictures - if I remember right, there's a bit of a dimple in the leadpipe.
