That looks very similar to a Besson 3/4 tuba my school owns.

Good little horns! Back in middle school my school owned one that had been found in the bottom of a lake and donated to the school. I cleaned it up and it was a good player. It was tiny. Smaller than 3/4 in my opinion but still in BBb. Good little horn.
