Haven't seen a serial number like that on a slant rotor, so figuring it must be a B&M piston.
Could be BBb or CC.

69248 is given towards the bottom of the ad under the model name/number.

Sure missed that! My piston Marzan had a number like 72xxx. I think the first 2 digits are the year of manufacture, but I'm not certain.

Judging from the pictures.... this Marzan is a CC. Probably a descent buy.

Is the linkage broken on the fourth valve? Are these typically string linkage?

Yes. The horn has string linkages. There's something 'wonky' going on. In one image the paddle is one direction and then the other direction in the other picture.
Probably fixable... ??

Dan Shultz...Everything was repaired at Tague Band Instrument Repair and horn was play tested. It's ready to go!
