Just a guess..
Buescher (looks like good bracing) double bell euphonium...but does the 2nd bell go to the back?

The collar for the second bell is along the table, directly to the left of the rim of the small bell.

Great, a 24J. I have one I can't sell right now. that double bell would be sweet though.
