Orange County Craigslist, King Symphony Bass?

Post by daktx2 »

Cool horn! If I were in the LA area, I'd be on my way there! (after checking that it's legit)

YORK-aholic wrote:The bore is .687". I was under the impression that all the CCs were .687 and the BBbs were .750.

I have the best of both worlds. I don't live in Orange County, but within driving distance. 8)

I have the BBb version with the 24 inch bell. It is one of my all-time favorites. The quality of Kings from that era is amazing. A King CC for $800 is, indeed, a contender for best deal ever!

I thought that bell angle looked a bit too far "down." Nice find!
