I'd guess it is not a Cerveny, because of the kranz. It's a gamble moat likely, but I think the jeanz might be a good sign that it was a pretty okay tuba for it's time.

The next to last picture there is some writing on the bell. Can't make it out though.

Well, that's why I said it was a guess. It has a couple bids, hope one of us gets it.
