I have....

Post by Bandmaster »

So far I have bought three horns through eBay and all were exactly as advertised, if not better than advrtised. Now I am sure that will not always be the case, but if you check up on the reliability of the seller in past deals it will take some of your worries away. I am playing a Sanders Custom (Miraphone BBb 191 copy) right now that I bought in December 2003, the BBb Holton 345 I bought in January 2004 is being restored by Dan Oberloh right now (see my avatar), and I got the deal of the decade on my 1927 Conn 38K satin gold sousaphone ( see viewtopic.php?t=5511&highlight=conn+38k ) that I bought in January 2005. It also helps to do your own homework and learn as much as you can about the instrument you want to buy. I know I did lots of research on the Holton 345 and Conn 38K before I placed any bids.
