Not saying these are great horns... just unusual to actually see one with a bell.

Most of those I've seen were sold with two bells: a "concert" brass bell and a "practice" plastic bell.
But yeah, a friend has a bell-less one too.

Hey all I bought this tuba and a couple other Willson Getzen Caravelles on ebay for my school here in Chicago. I myself am a tuba player and these horns are super. Valves are great. One had a missing valve and Dana Hofer is taking care of that. HE is SUPER. These horns sound great and are awesome horns for my students to learn on. I have one with no bell that has been relegated to a parts horn unless I can find a bell somewhere? Any help would be appreciated. It is the Willson Getzen model.
