If you are playing a keyboard or guitar, doesn't that make it kind of difficult to play a tuba at the same time?

I bought #2. Coincidentally it was local, so no shipping or driving was a nice bonus. It is the most recently made Piggy of the three I've owned. I know the wrap or form has shifted over the years, and this is the first one I've felt comfortable holding. That could be just me. Anyway, I'm pleased with it, at least for the time being.
