No, but ... I guess this sort of subtracts information rather than adding it, but I got a mouthpiece that looks just like that, except minus the markings, with an old tuba from the old country. The mouthpiece didn't fit the old tuba very well, nor does it fit any other tuba very well - weird taper. The cup is very small, the throat is also very small. But that's my mouthpiece that may just be coincidentally identical. I'm sure this one is spectacular, you need one! That's gold plating there, isn't it?
That's a 28 mm cup diameter, depending on how I measure, and a 5.56 mm throat. The shank is large but shallower than standard Morse taper - it doesn't go as far into the receiver as it probably should, and then it wobbles a bit.
