Wow - 48" tall!

I wonder if the bugle could be made into a CC tuba, by getting a bell that is about a foot shorter.... :twisted:

Oh! First glance, I thought "Olds tuba" = the usual O-99, but this is the big one that's more commonly seen with Reynolds badge, their model TB-13. But without the first valve trigger and the top pull loops on 1 & 3. Hence the extravagant price. Though ... while I guess the upright bell might be attractive to a lot of players, I've read some complaints about it being a little hard to hear yourself with the sound coming out so far away up there.
