You don't need to learn to transpose, just use different fingerings. All tubas, regardless of key, are non-transposing instruments.

If Eb would be easier, there's a sort of nice looking Eb Amati in Bulgaria. Essentially like the Cerveny 611. I had a newer one in a Lignatone stencil, and it was really pretty good.

This one has some weird stuff going on with the leadpipe, now rotates on the tuning slide legs? Probably not a good thing, but may have been done on purpose as the ergonomics of these instruments can drive players to desperation. The F helicon above has more like a sousaphone leadpipe, likely a good thing. (And of course likewise the Eb York on ebay.)

Sorry i am not as quick or as thorough as i should be...

Apparently seller is in fact on tubenet (a sponser no less) and perhaps might be more responsive over tubenet? He posted this thread at least.
