Looks like a B&S or maybe even one of those carl zeiss "master modelles". Definitely looks like a C from the bugle length.

Selling it for $1,300

Yes... it's a B & S/VMI 101 'stencil'. BBb for sure. Descent horns with a few repairs.

Thanks for the verification Dan. I thought it looked like a B & S stencil. It is on auction now. Will be interesting to see how it ends up. The seller put several tubas on auction he had listed at buy it now originally. Might be some good deals to be had. :)
