It certainly does look like a B&S 101, and if so, we've just discovered another stencil name for these tubas.

Anyone near Trenton, NJ who can have a look?

There's a more comprehensive list of B&S stencils somewhere on this board- I'll dig it up when I have time. Thanks for confirming Tolstar.
