I don't think it is a scam. There are musical instrument cases, drumsticks in the background and the username says "boomerauction". The location is listed as Fort Collins, CO. Looking up music stores in Ft. Collins, there is a music store called Boomer Music, and photos of an actual sign on a store (the sign has a tuba on it!) (970) 223-2424 is the phone number.

I'd like to go and play that B&S. they're just up the road from me and I've always wanted to try that model.
