An adjustable cup mouthpiece, looks "heavyweight" as well:

However, I've heard that the usefulness of those adjustable mouthpieces is adjusting them to get to that one spot where they actuall "work"... that mouthpiece is probably only good for taking a few whacks at this bell up to make it look more like the majority of King bells :cool: because it's just too dang pretty. ;)

I wonder if it would look as good against the usual tile floor?

Yep, it is nice, but it is only a bell, no horn included. You could still buy it for your horn, if you have a King.
