A Conn 21J with the upright bell. The metal looks to be in good shape but the lacquer is shot. Might be worth the effort to wire-wool what is left of the lacquer off and have it raw brass.
Or, if you have a 20J or 24J and want the upright bell and have a recording bell, keep the upright bell and sell a complete horn with a recording bell as a 20J and it could come out cheaper after all the selling and shipping than buying a upright bell all by itself.
