Merits a picture, imo...
The folded main tuning slide is a novel solution to where it goes. Water key seems well placed as well. Judging by the brace, the whole thing slides?
Detail on paddles and clock springs is pretty cool too.
I will never get tired o' looking at sideways rotary valves...

I wonder if that MTS isn't an F --> Eb conversion.

I was thinking the same thing. It may have been factory, but perhaps it came as a set of two slides, or perhaps the factory made it on request. Very cook tuba, though. I would love to play on it for an hour or so.
Playability:
One of my important clients is a sizable civil engineering firm. One of their divisions deals with drainage, mainly storm sewers and road ditches.
As cool as this horn is, it looks like a major fail in that department. It didn't take Cerveny long to sort out the drainage problem ...
