Wow, is that an example of wide angle perspective distortion! That little collar looks like it would fit inside the huge bell tenon, rather than vice versa. But "objects in photo may be closer than they appear", because the wider than normal angle of view. Common problem, but not often so obvious.

It has the double loop on the third valve tubing "above" the valve, i.e., away from the third valve tuning slide. So it is almost certainly in BBb.
