Other than the 4th valve tubing wrap being different, it coiuld certainly be a xJ-type. Even has the silver-plated (maybe nickel in this case) valve caps.

Scratch that...

This is a leetle tuba, if the numbers are right. Bore is only 0.630" and the bell is only 15".
