If it's unmarked, most likely a Kiev made version of Leningrad/Saint Pete helicon. Love mine that I bought at a fraction of this asking price ... they are big fun to play.
FWIW I swapped the longer 3rd valve slide out for the MTS to get it down to pitch but nothing had to be cut.

Still available I think. Been in contact with him. But shipping to Canada was way way too expensive.
