That one's interesting - I gather it's the "classic series" looking mouthpiece, where the visible engraving says "Theinert." Presumably the same Theinert that was associated with Miraphone for a while, and then Conn-Selmer, and Conn-Selmer now owns Denis Wick? The two mouthpieces that say "Theinert" are the Miraphone TU-41 (Theinert Orchestra) and TU-39 (Theinert Solo). I think they've been around for a while.
