Looks like the new Jupiter 778 3/4 sized BBb. Check out:

I think it's built on the 482 chassis. I've been curious about their 482 after playing the 582 (which I liked) but haven't heard many stellar reviews. The Kanstul 3/4 CC that I tried at TUSAB was a fantastic horn at about the same size and price point.
Not sure how the watch in question stacks up to others though...
