I believe this is LibraryMark's tuba. An older Cerveny BBb stencil with clocksprings and a large, fixed thumbring. I much prefer the old large fixed thumbring over the stupid always-comes-loose 'adjustable' one on the more modern horns.
Probably a pretty good player, and he has a good price on it!
