.79"/20mm bore- not bad for a helicon. Wonder if that was one of the instrument makers that was absorbed into what is now Cerveny?

Elgas went away around WW-I, long before the Bohemian guilds were consolidated into Amati (not Cerveny) after WW-II. That might be a great horn but as I mentioned in another thread: caveat emptor.
