Agreed....I think a bit of 'fishing'.....Stryk wrote:$1500 per valve for a vintage Mirafone in good shape is not way out of line. They will probably take $4500-5000.

I dunno . . . I just bought a 1976 186v4 from Dillon that is in similar shape (more dings, but nothing as big, and perfect valves) for $2995 . . . . seems high from here . . .
