I am assuming that "4" on that number designates that it is a four-valve? If so the remaining number 253010 if it is indeed the serial number might be 1940-1941 (as "reliable" as King serials are). If this IS an Eb, then it looks like a Model 1261 with that fourth valve. At least according to the HN White website. Nice horn though.
