That horn looks a lot like a hybrid between the Grand Rapids York (branches, valves) and the German B&M Yorkmaster (braces, detachable bell tenon).
Very interesting...my guess is it must have been made during the transition stage from one company to the other.
That also might explain the odd engraving text.
