There should be a "5" before the serial number, making this horn a little newer than he thinks it is. Based on those finger buttons, it's a post-1995 for sure but not newer than 99' or 2000'. That's a steal of a price.

I took a closer look, and there is a 5 preceding the serial number.
I’ll correct the CL ad, and thanks to Groth for pointing that out.
