Tubenet running slow, hanging up?
Is anyone else experiencing this or is it just me?

Nope . . .not just you. TubeNet consantly hangs, especially when typing a reply or PM like this. Page loading takes forever as well, even with a reather fast DSL connection. I'm not computer guru, and wonder how much of this is a funtion of all the ads.
Alson,maybe its time to archive some of the older posts, especially the really old FS/WTB ads with all the large pics embedded. Umm . . . I may have one or two or those myself.

Large photos hardly will effect other pages than those they are attached to as attachments or as links. I do not recommend the removal of old photos from old threads. They are part of the information compiled in the archives.
I am 6 or 9 hours ahead of most TubeNetters, so it hardly is too much traffic which slows TN down temporarily during morning browsing here. I might guess the low night traffic hours in the US are used to some server maintenance.
