I am partially colorblind and have to really strain to read the new board. The old colorscheme was much more friendly to me. Is there any easy way to change the background, text, etc?
P.S. I still miss the OLD tubenet

Exactly!schlepporello wrote:I first joined this board when Sean had just changed from the original format to the one he's just replaced. There was a lot of controversy then, a lot of nay-sayers and some people got mad and quit. The board continued to grow. It will continue to grow even with this change, a lot of people will get mad and a few will quit. My advice is to get used to change. It's still a good set-up and Sean will tweak it as needed. It will get better and you will become more familiar with it, then everything will be OK. This board is still a very valuable resource for boogerheads like me.
I did my changes in the prosilver template. I could also replicate them in subsilver, but it would be a pain to maintain 2 separate themes.trseaman wrote:Sean, you might try changing over to the SubSilverII format and see if folks like it better...

Good point. Let me look into that.JCalkin wrote:Can we default all clicked links to a new tab/window in this version?
the images have completely disappeared from the For Sale thread for the Holton Collegiate. I now see HTML instead of images.Casey Tucker wrote:might not be a bug, maybe just a size problem but some of the posted pics aren't fully showing up in posts such as:

I see the pics of the horn below the ad. They are pretty big and maybe that's why they're below the text.sloan wrote:The images have completely disappeared from the For Sale thread for the Holton Collegiate. I prefer not. If the default is a new tab/window they is no way to override that.WoodSheddin wrote:Good point. Let me look into that.JCalkin wrote:Can we default all clicked links to a new tab/window in this version?
Good catch. That is exactly what happened. HTML no longer works here. Gotta use the BBCODE equivalent.Yosef: Tubist wrote:It seems like the problem with those pictures mentioned in the For Sale Section might be the same thing that was wrong with my signature, I used HTML originally to make the text bold and Italicized. And over to the right(when posting), it no longer says HTML is ON.. It would seem that HTML has been disabled with the integration to the new software...
Here ya go.wchoc86 wrote:Looks fine to me, just like every other board I'm on.
One question: Where's your pm inbox? I can't find it.
