I really like the polls- it's a quick and easy way to glean information from the folks here.
I plan on making a few myself pretty soon.

I guess that you missed the official edict that tuba players be called tubists, irregardless of what the popular vote of the tuba playing community chose. I also find it totally unfair that tuba players in Florida and Michigan were not allowed to vote on the term, unless of course they disagree with the official edict.

Some things aren't important until they're important, are they? You made me laugh. You did.

Just make sure you register to vote and then actually go vote in the polls that count, this being an election year.

To Mark, the OP, I have a hopefully thought provoking question: If you think there are too many polls, why don't you just ignore them. I know I don't read every thread on TubeNet.

Well, it seems we need two more polls:
1) Should Mark ignore the silly polls or should he read them and get upset?
2) Should TubaRay be required to read every thread on TubeNet?
Wait, let's add a third:
3) Do you think it should be:
a) Free.
b) $5,500/hour.
And we thought tuba lessons were expensive!
