smilies/emoticons

Post by FarahShazam »

Sean,
I'd like to upload some new smilies. The happy faced one looks really evil to me. Not 1000000 smilies, but maybe update the other ones. They kind of.... suck.

Anyone have any good, clean, non-unicorn related suggestions? (puppies, rainbows, and butterflies are nixed as well)

Yeah! How about a thumbs up, a beer mug, and some character emoticons as you see on some other bulletin boards. For example, check out the selection at:

Jupiter JTU1110 Giddings Taku (2nd Generation)
"Real" Conn 36K (K&G 3F)

Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

Here's one we should have...

Miraphone 5050 - Warburton BJ/RF mpc
YEP-641S (recently sold), DE mpc (102 rim; I-cup; I-9 shank)
Symphonic Band of the Palm Beaches:
"Always play with a good tone, never louder than lovely, never softer than supported." - author unknown.

I like the beer smilies. I have a lot of suggestions but I'd rather her the others'. I'm afraid mine would include a unicorn jumping over a rainbow.

Perhaps you could change it to say "13"! :D

When I found it, my tired, old eyes thought it was just musical notes. But, I looked closer and, I think, you're right. I'll see what I can do with it.

Not to rain on your parade, Sean, but there really are times when I want to use the word "t-u-b-a" without getting it changed to a smilie! Could you perhaps mandate a colon bracket or some such thing?

Or, make it replace ONLY if it has colons around it, sorta like
 & shock...
