Invalid session errors

Has anyone else been getting these lately? I've never seen it before and now I've seen it three time in the last 24 hours. It's nothing more than hitting the "submit" button again, but it's odd nonetheless.

A few months ago I had them occasionally. But the problem seems to have sorted itself out on its own, as I didn't do anything different.
