Moved topics

When a topic has an arrow in the icon, was that topic moved TO that forum, or OUT of that forum?

The arrow in the topic icon indicates that the topic has been moved out of that forum. The topic is listed in the forum it was moved to, but that icon has no arrow. I hope that makes sense!
