Will there be a way to search the Member's List?

As stated above.
I know you can change the order, but the number of pages is becoming increasingly large. Alsoe if you could search for keywrods in their bio that would be cool too, like looking for a certain city if a person is moving there or in need of lessons.
Just a thought...
