Page reloading

Anyone else having trouble with "Tubenet" all of a sudden reloading? If I click on a category or index, it loads. Sometimes before it completes loading, it goes blank... then reloads.
Just curious if anyone else is experiencing this. I frequent many other phpBB boards, and Tubenet is the only one where I get this. I have a DSL connection. I clean out temp files and temporary internet files once a week.
