I'm so confused. How, in a post, do you post an image that's on your computer?

When making a post, note the "Upload attachment" tab just below the white window where you type in text.

1. Click on that "Upload attachment" tab
2. Use the "Browse" button to navigate to the image file on your computer and select it.
3. Click the "Add the file" button next to the link you just specified.
4. You will see a new section under the white window where you type in text called "POSTED ATTACHMENTS." Once you have the cursor where you want to place the image in the white window, click on the "Place inline" button to add the image file.
5. You can now use the "Preview" button to see your post with the image. Continue to edit as you wish, the use the "Submit" but to post as usual.

(Please ignore my signature below...I'm not usually this helpful or congenial.)

Well then, you ought to fit in nicely with this group! All the good non tuba BS happens over in the off-topic section. Over there you don't have to be reluctant. You can just be a full time horse's @$$ like the rest of us.
