Posting Pictures?

Hi there,
I'm having trouble getting pictures to show up directly in a post. I have a photobucket account and I copy and paste the direct link in (which is all I have to do for another forum I'm a member of to get them to show up), but all it does is make a link that still needs to be clicked on in order to view the picture. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Well you've done the hardest part correctly, setting up Photobucket. The only thing you're doing wrong is using the 'direct link'. Instead, use the image link that is also offered by Photobucket. Some forums use the direct link, some use the IMG link. Hover your mouse over the picture you want to share, then move your cursor down to the IMG code. Left-click there and it's copied to your clip board
(you'll see copied shown). Then just paste it in your post here on TubeNet ('right-click' paste).
Below is a picture I have on my Photobucket album.
Here's what that picture code info above looks like:
Code: Select all

Thanks! It worked!
My "new" Miraphone 186 CC I bought in the fall of 2009 with my then-14 month old daughter!

Going back to the posting of photos...
Can we make a some sort of step-by-step guide to posting photos and make that topic a sticky either here or in the for sale forum?
I can't count the number of times I've read "I don't know how to post photos" when looking over a post or an ad for something for sale.
Anybody?

She loves it! I can barely get any practicing done when she's around because she always wants to try it. She actually made a really decent sound on a trombone we got at a garage sale for $30. Here's the video:

WOOT!
I have a 21 month old daughter that LOVES my Tuba stuff. I brought a King Tuba home to repair and I opened up the case (which contained the horn in pieces) she squealed "COOL!" She then "helped" me as I tore the horn down.
Here is a picture of her with an Olds Sousa
