Can't attach a photo?

Just tried to upload a picture... What does this mean? Is TubeNet full?

That has been a problem for a while. The way around is to upload the photos elsewhere (such as Picasa) and then just link to them in TubeNet.
A bit of a pain, but seems the only way around at present.
