DearMr Chisham

With the cost of bandwith and servers, would it not make (heresy) sense to cull the tubenet? Ther are posts going back of 2004, that are probably not very relevant or just ignored. You might be able to cut costs, a little. I respectfully submit this to you.

One never knows.....
The answer to the question you want to ask may be in those archives.
These are electronic text files. It's not a pickup load full of old phone books.
Pretty small in the whole scheme of things.
Keep 'em.

Deleting old pictures or having people host pictures elsewhere would make a difference... Deleting old threads would have very little impact.

Oh, it was just a thought. This BBS must take an enormous amount of bandwidth and be very expensive for the host and all the supporting businesses.
