How do I decypher the " Posted " date code ?

I can't make any sense out the date code used for the Posted date . A little help here................. anyone ? 
Thanks for pointing out that feature; I didn't know of it, and the time displayed was always off by a number of hours. (But not any more.)TubaTinker wrote:Sean had to clue me in a little while back.
