If I want to use in some other forum, how do I do it? Colon tuba colon doesn't seem to work anywhere else I use it. Is that only good for this board, or Is there some setting I need to turn on to use it elsewhere?

board specific. it's not part of the standard symbols programmed for the phpBB format.
