You apparently haven't been shopping or googling enough lately. Just google something you're interested in, and the ads should better cater to your interests. I also saw the Russian girls for a day or two when my searches tapered off, but they're been supplanted by luggage, speakers, etc. since I did a little browsing via google.

Well, sure...but the ads help pay for this site. If everyone blocks them, I suspect the site will probably disappear. This forum is the ONLY site that my AdBlock doesn't filter out.
