PM/board time is off?
My PMs are marked about 18 minutes behind when they actually sent/were received. This makes selling items harder when cross referencing replies sent to my email and replies sent to PM (who was first in line, etc.) Not sure if board time is off too, but if so it might be a site-wide problem.

I *could* be wrong, but it might be that you're seeing the time when the recipient is actually reading the message. Is it always 18 minutes or does the time vary?
I had another PHP board I posted on that would randomly sent out messages as desired no matter what time you sent them out.

Yeah, that's a board setting somewhere. There's a bunch of settings in the back room.
